For our homemade Oreos we take two chocolate crust cookies and fill them with freshly made cream from fresh, organic Cooper's Farm milk!
Pictured here is our cranberry walnut tartlet, we take our homemade light and sweet tartlet shell and fill it with freshly diced cranberries, walnuts, and brown sugar! We also offer pear almond tartlets (pictured second), which we make by taking our homemade light and sweet tartlet shell, putting a thin layer of seedless raspberry jam and almond pastry cream, filling it with pear slices and topping it off with a sweet apricot glaze!

Our made-from-scratch sweet and buttery tart shell with a thin layer of raspberry jam and a layer of almond pastry cream, topped with freshly sliced apples. Baked until golden brown and brushed with a light apricot glaze. Served by the slice or made to order as a whole tart.
