Our toffee torte starts out with a a toasted pecan crust then we top it with chocolate ganache and toffee and garnish it with whipped cream made from fresh, organic Cooper's farm milk. Gluten free!

We offer a variety of gluten free mousse cakes, perfect for any event! Our most popular is our triple chocolate mousse cake, made with three layers of light, delicious mousse; dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate.
Pictured here (first and second) is the twist on our house favorite, triple chocolate mousse cake, which features a thin semi-sweet chocolate bottom covered with dark chocolate mousse, milk chocolate espresso mousse, and finished with chocolate ganache. Also pictured (third) is our peanut butter mousse cake, sure to please any peanut butter lover!
A traditional French dessert. We take an almond biscuit, brush it with espresso syrup and layer it with with espresso butter cream and espresso ganache. We give it the perfect finish with chocolate ganache! Available by the slice or made to order!
Pictured first: Our moist, dense cake made with freshly grated carrots, raisins, toasted walnuts, and fresh pineapple layered and finished with a delicate cream cheese frosting. We offer a variety of regular and mini sized pies many of which are also available gluten free! Our pies are seasonal, based on the freshest ingredients available. Pictured here are our regular sized blueberry pie (first), our mini blueberry pies (second), our mini chocolate whoopie pie (third), and our mini pumpkin and apple pie (fourth). Our other varieties include (but are not limited to): strawberry rhubarb, peach cobbler, Boston creme pie and apple crisp.
